Carry Me Camper Corroboree 2004
'Chowilla Station'
After the success of the 2003 "corroboree" at Silverton the decision was made to go ahead and repeat the event, this time at Chowilla Station which is approximately 50km North of Renmark. With 95 people for dinner on Saturday night and 44 vehicles it was again a wonderful weekend. Two thirds of the people there were back from the year before and all got along like old friends, also making the newcomers feel welcome.

Again, before the weekend a 10 day Tag-A-Long Tour was run by Red Desert Tours starting at Alice Springs and finishing at Chowilla Station. With nearly the whole group being the same as last year, they all got along excellently and all enjoyed the trip, taking in the wonderful scenery.
